frag tank flow

im setting up a 20g breeder frag tank. im gonna have a quietone 3000 as a return and im trying to figure out what powerhead to use or atleast GPH wise i should shoot for.

Any opinions. its gonna be zoa's than some sps frags eventually when my sps grow out.

Following along I'm also setting up a frag tank. For yours I'd think you would fine in the 200-500 gph. An affordable unit is the hydor controllable, u can run them from 30% - 100% I have them on my display tank. I'm probably going with them on my frag tank but the jury is still out.

I shoot for around 50-60 gph for sps, random flow if you can afford it (controllable pumps)
