fragn a colt

Hello all i have a 75g and my colt has gotton way to large for the tank!!!!! I want to frag it but am unsure exactly what to do

from what i read they are difficult to attach to new rock. In my case the thin rock its on is already broke in 3 place... so it currently on 3 different pieces of rock.

Do i just slice throught he base with a razor? This would give me 3 colts's that are rather large.

Can i frag it into more pieces? if so where do i cut and how do you reccomend i attach it to another rock?

Sure razor it up!
For making more and attaching, I use fishing line, just wrap a few times around it and the plug or rock and tie, or a rubber band can be used, Ive even used a thin band of bridal veil before quite a few times actually all successfuly.
