You should've seen them when I first got them with this tank.
They were this dull, nasty shade of brown and I almost ditched them.
Luckily I left them in, and after adding adding a refugium, fixing the chemistry balance, getting rid of the cyano covering everything, and doing weekly water changes they all magically changed color to that military green color.
I just noticed yesterday one of the polyps is even fluorescing a bright green under my actinics now.
I have a frag of them in the wifes nanotank that spread onto one of her rocks by accident that are still that nasty brown color.
Probably because it's kept more as a fowlr tank with no fuge and low lighting.
I'll post a pic of them later to compare.
They spread quick so don't set them down on a rock you don't want them spreading to.
I set the litle mother colony down on a rock ledge when I was rearranging my tank.
I moved them off about a month later and I had a perfect little ring of them left behind.
