free 6 ich hippo tang with bad ich

I have a 6 inch hippo tang for about 6 months the ich always came and went. He eats everthing and seems extremely healthy. On the othe hand his ich is bad i have been treating with garlic and focus plus metronidazole it still has not helped. He needs to be put in a seperate tank and within 48 hours knock the salinity down to .009 then the ich will be gone. I don't have a seperate tank right now and am probally going to get rid of all my tangs. Its a beautiful fish and with the right care will be very happy. He needs to be in a minimal of 125gallon for swimming room. If anyone is interested please pm.

I have excellent luck with ridding ich with a cleaner wrasse. Might be a cheap solution?
