well, long story short is that my reefermadness order came in today and i got a free clam with the order, which i didnt know about. however, i dont have room to house a clam. i would like to give this away today asap. the clam is about 4-5 inches long. i am not sure what color it is, since it is still in the bag. i think it's a maxima though. it is currently floating in my sump. someone want a clam for free? i'm located in downtown san francisco.

It was probably an accidental "give away". Otherwise it's not very sensible for a company to give away something with very specific needs! I mean, if you order sps and get a free sps, that's one thing, but clams have their own set of requirements. Having said that, kudos to Simon for not keeping it in a tank that might not be best for it!
