HI,

I don't know what it is called, but in the picture it is in the bottom left corner. It is green and stingy. It was given to me to help reduce bad algae, but it is growing like crazy. I shoved it behind the rocks because I don't have a sump. It is out of control now. If anyone wants a chunk just let me know.

Chaetomorpha, I believe it's pronounced KAY- toe-morf-a (....anyone? .....anyone? .....Bueller?)
It's a desirable macro algae. It's good of you to share! Keep some for yourself too.

Rings a bell. This stuff doubled in size in like 3 weeks after I got my MH lights. It is starting to cover my corals. I figured I would try to give away of trad for a frag before I toss most of it.

I am in Plainview, I would rather not mail

I am in Farmingville / Ronkonkoma.. Do you happen to know if you are near any train station on the Ronkonkoma branch?

HIcksville is the next town over.

seems like a lot to just get a plant.

Last call, I will have to toss most of it on Sunday it is overgrowing and covering my corals. I will be home all day Saturday until 4pm if you want some. I can get 3 or 4 softball size chunks. Please let me know.

thanks

Would you be able to meet me at the Hicksville train station on Sunday? If not how do I get there? ( send a pm ) If it's easy I will just drive.
