While straightening out the tank room recently, I came across a 5g bucket full of small and medium-small pieces of live rock, rubble, and coral skeletons that were left over after I tore down my big tank (I was rather disorganized while setting up the FW tank; plus, having a newborn around doesn't make it easy to stay organized). The bucket has been circulating in my garage since I uncovered it (the LR has been submerged from day 1) and has been exposed to minimal light so there isn't much photosynthetic life on the rock anymore. With it having sat stagnant for a few weeks, I would only recommend using this rock to start up a tank or give it some TLC before putting it in an established tank.
Also, I have a 36"x18"x16?" (estimation on the height) canopy taking up space in my shed. I built this as a temporary canopy for my 65g several years ago. It's unfinished and has a very "utilitarian" look to it right now, but with a little craftsmanship and some trim pieces, could look very nice.
Both items are FREE. I really enjoy helping other hobbyists out (and will also appreciate reclaiming the space these things are taking up
). PM me if you'd like to pick up either of these. I'll be home all day today and will be checking in to RC periodically.
