Kenya trees aren't that bad IMO. They do try to take over but they are easy to control if you have some tweezers and time. They add a lot of movement can be very beautiful IMHO

The Kenya Tree took over my tank, that is my only problem with them. They do add movement and provide inexpensive fast growing filler. They just seem to spread quickly in a sparse tank. I don't mind the amount I have now but I may have to trim the hedges in a few weeks.

Yes, you have to trim them out...like shrubs. My tank is mostly softies and they move nicely in the flow...
