I thought I'd let you know I have a free 120g tank w sump and recently painted black cabinet. Must be picked up. I won't arrange a move.
No leaks or structure issues. Recently bought on CL painted it black and put new handles and hinges. we also cleaned out the overflows and added plumbing to add returns. The weakness of the system is that it should get a bigger sump but the cabinet is a bit narrow to get new larger sump in. I spent a good amount of time adjusting skimmer due to water levels changing but ato could be put in a 30g in cabinet next to sump to fix issue. Currently I use a 30g in the cabinet as QT tank and I'll be keeping the new 30g.
Also it comes with the older lighting if you want it and has a canopy. Currently I have 2 36"coralifes I'll be selling on ebay that covered it but I still have the lights that came with it.
Its currently cycled with existing established sand and saltwater....running with levels for inhabitants. No known issues with pests etc. Moved to larger tank.
If anyone is interested just let me know. The tank's in Southlake near DFW airport and is waiting for another hobbyist to make it useful. I think it would make a good tank for if you have a DT crypt issue with large fish or tangs...just add rock and water and treat with lots of swimming room. Then wait the full number of days and transfer them back to the DT.
