I myself just drip acclimate them for an hour or so. I will get a piec of liverock and a tooth pick, stick the tooth pick thru the base of the coral,the other end of the toothpick and wedge it into a hole or crevice of the rock until it stays put. Thne I place the coral and rock in the lower part of the tank for a few days to make sure the corals adjust to the new light. If it does well and opens up I move it closer up until I have it where I want it placed.
Dont worry if the coral doesnt open up right away for a day or so, this is normal. They are tought corals and are difficult to kill. Have fun.
