i use tropic marin iodine solution and that works perfectly! 10-15 in a bucket of tank water.

i've only done FW dips for zoas, but i've done it for all my zoas with great success.

I get some RO water, match the pH & temp. then i add a few drops of Lugols. i dip the zoa frags for 4-8 minutes. then as i'm taking them out i turn them upside down in the water and swirl them around. then they go straight into the tank,

i use proper pH. i'm honestly not sure how important it is to match the pH, but that's the way i was instructed to do it, and it's always worked for me. you know what they say, if it ain't broke...
