fresh water dip question?

what type of water should i use? regular tap water with dechlorinator? should i use water from my fresh water tank? and how long do i have to wait to put my fish in if i use tap water?

Use RO/DI or distilled water. Last choice, but a valid choice would be DI water.

I would also be sure to buffer the pH to match your tank.
