I know this is a saltwater forum but most of us have had a freshwater tank at some point.. I have 2 large oscars I'm getting rid of and gonna use that 40 breeder to step up my planted tank from a 15g.. my question is will those copepods be harmful to my plants when they go in? I will be using some of the substrate that's there but only on top for areas I don't want plant growth. I will be cleaning and taking most the existing substrate out but it'll be impossible to get them all so what do u guys think?
