Frog or Hammer?

Hi - Can someone please ID this LPS? I believe it is a frogspawn but also thinking it could be a hammer or something else. The colors are not exactly right but it looks close enough. Had a hard time taking a photo with my phone. In real life the stalks are neon green and the tips of the stalks are a lavender color (light purple).
