Okay so my frog spawn still has good color although my camera o. My pho e does make things a tad bit lighter than they are.. But my frog spawn is really sprawled out not a ball shape.. And my cousin thinks my Duncan are bleaching?

I feed my Duncan whole krill 3 times a week and my Duncan 2 times a week my sis or brine shrimp...

Led lighting

20 gal tall tank
My Duncan's 're actually eating in this pic.

doesnt look bleached in the close up photo, duncans vary in color from tan gray to greens and teals, mine has newer heads uniform gray green older heads are a blue green. How deep is the tank how high are the lights? If I did the math you have less than 10 watts of lighting power that seems awful low(97x.06 watts=~5-6 watts)

I'll take a picture of my whole tank so you can see the set up ...

Can someone tell me if these are new heads coming in on my frog spawn

So how many watts do I need for a 20 tall tank... I read under 24 inches high you only need .8 watts per gallon that would mean I Only need 16 watts... I also read that 14k is the best for growth for the coral I keep.. So I need some good advice on exactly what I need

The watts per gallon rule really doesn't apply with modern lighting but I thought I read that a good rule of thumb for LEDs was 1-1.5 watts per gallon for low moderate light corals

The frogspawn looks very inflated and happy. If you haven't fed it in awhile it may be searching for some. The inflation poses no risk as long as your flow isn't so high as to damage the flesh. And yes! Those are new heads sprouting. They grow very slowly, the existing heads will likely split and branch many times before the sprouts reach a comparable size.
