I have 2x250w 14k Phoenix's over my 75g. Should the be on the sand or mid?

I keep a couple wall hammers on my sand bed and frogspawns up high in my rockwork.
Be sure to acclimate any corals when you plan on moving them up higher, by doing it in stages.
