Frogspawn dying

We have had our frogspawn for over a year now, we started with three heads and now i think theres about 8-9. It was doing wonderful for the past year and within the last month 2 heads have dyed and another one is starting to die off. I was just wondering if anyone could help me out with what could cause heads to slowly die off. Theres no brown slime or anything that i can see that could be causing it. Thanks for any input.

I would start doing water changes of 25%

Have you changed anything in the tank in the last couple of months? Lighting, currents, additives, chemical media?

Check your parameters and correct if necessary. Try feeding them mysis. If they continue to degrade I'd frag'em to try and save a few heads/branches.
