what dose this mean when a head of frogspawn comes out of the skeleton there was 2 of them that did that any ideas and can i rubber band it to some rock of what

you mean liked dropped off?? could mean you have something wrong - I'd suggest doing some water tests. If they just drop off the skeleton that is ... not sure from your post if that is exactly what happened or not!

This is hard to explain the head came all the way off it all came out of the skeleton and was on the sand bed

I have done a water change and doing another one tommrow. every tested good excepted phos i am running rowa

The polyps will sometimes eject from the skeleton in hopes of relocating to a better location. This usually happens if there is something seriously wrong and unfavorable for the coral's survival. It's a last ditch survival technique

There may be other reasons that this happens but I am not aware of them.

I have seen this happen with low calcium.
