Frogspawn Help

Hi,

Can someone give me a little advice? A little over a week ago I added a 3 head frogspawn frag to my tank. For the past 24-36 hours one of the 3 heads will not open. The only difference I can see is the base of the head that doesn't open appears more white.

Here are my water params:

Ca: 425
Alk: 12
Mg: 1410
No2: 0
No3: 2
Temp: 78.5
Ph: 8.17

The coral is 3" from the bottom and a little off to the side under a 250W 14K halide. The tank is 16" deep. The light is 12" off the surface.

if that head starts to melt away, frag it off the colony quick or whatever it is thats affecting it will spread through the skeleton and take out the heads as well
