frogspawn ok?

Over the past 2 weeks ive noticed that 2 of the 4 heads on my frogspawn haven't been opening as much as they have in the past. should I be worried? one of the larger ones in the front is splitting so im not sure what is going on

It's really hard to say why it's doing that. It could be that it doesn't like the light or flow on that side close to the rocks, something could be irritating it, like that flame angel rubbing up against it or even nipping at it. Could be a load of different reasons.

As for the head splitting that is how they multiply. Please provide a list of your current parameters so we can rule anything out.

Ive spent a lot of time keeping an eye on the flame angel and have never see him touch it over the past few months when I got him.

Well you can eliminate your parameters, still not sure on your flame angel just because it's right there in your picture. BUT it is one of the reasons I posted earlier.

ok maybe ill try moving it for a week or so and see if the change in light or flow makes a difference
