Frogspawn question?

I was observing my tank the other day and I notice in my frogspawn there is one tenticle that is clear with white heads. The frogspawn is a green with purple tips. I am wondering as anyone experience this before and whats happening? It is poistioned about mid point of my tank with medium flow.

40g breeder, 35 lbs LR, 75 lbs LS, Korila 600 and 850. 20 G sump, 65 g needle wheel protein skimmer, and 4 T5 HO lighting.

It could be preparing it self to split. I know when mine splits, the tentacles inflate and lose color and then fission

Was the one tentacle in question longer than all of the others? Wondering if it might be a sweeper.

It was in the middle of it. At the moment it was and now I cant find it.

What do you mean? Any fish close to it to bother it? A rock or something near by? I can take a picture of it tonight.
