Frogspawn sliming?

I have a branching frogspawn that is pretty big -- it has 6 heads with a bunch of small ones forming on the top. Two of the lower heads have not been expanding as much as they are not getting light and I should probably figure out a way to frag them. Then there is another head that gets light but when it expands it does push into a rock but it has been that way for probably 4 months. I looked in this morning and the head that pushes into the rock was slimed. I sucked the slime out with a turkey baster but the head isn't extending very far. Do you think it is just the rock?

No opinions at all? My hammer isn't extending as far as it usually does either. But everything else looks fine.

um..from my experience my frog spawn only slime when im touching their heads. maybe its releasing chemicals to try to kill whats touching it. should be fine, i think, after all its its own slime

Hammer sliming now too and the two corals are on opposite sides of the tank. Not sure what is happening... Tests and water change tomorrow...
