Any ideas?

Water quality?
Lighting would be my first guess if your params are good. Mine has tentacles that are a bit leggy where it doesn't get enough light.
Beautiful Frog, BTW.

If you just got it, I would let it settle in the tank for a bit before getting too freaked out. What are your Calcium and Alk at?

dont worry so much, in my experience divisis are one of the more hardy corals, i agree with the previous posts, just needs time to settle in, but watch the coral placement this is a euphyllia species and this genus of corals prefer slower moving water, try placing in a low flow area of the tank and feed it at least once a week. provide lighting for 8-10 hour a day and make sure if u have clown fish to put an anenome in there as clowns will often attempt to host these corals which in turn kills off your coral. overall thogh, from the picture here, this euphyllia divisi (frogspawn) looks alive and well.

i feed it brine shrimp and twice a week, but i agreed and gave it time ( a month ) and as of now it has worsened i will post pictures shortly.

This is downright TERRIBLE advice. You should NEVER just drop in a nem just so clowns have something to host in. This leads to dead anemone and crashed tanks. No one should attempt to keep an anemone without careful planning and attention to detail. Anemones and frogspawn do not necessarily have the same care requirements and may not do well in the same tank depending on water quality, lighting ETC. Also, clownfish hosting in a coral will not necessarily harm it, frogspawn or not. I have seen many Euphillia hosting clownfish without issue. Clownfish may or may not host at all, or they may host in a myriad of diffierent corals. Just keep an eye onthe situation, and if the fish are irritating a particualr coral, there are steps you can take to address the situation.

As far as feeding goes, brine shrimp is pretty nutritionally deficient, I feed mysis or krill to most of my LPS.
