I have a 40 gal tank with about 55 pounds of LR. I have a 30 gal sump and a 10 gal fuge attached. My lighting is 2 96 watt CF and 1 40 watt NO Flour. My question is will frogspawn be ok in this tank? Thanks for the help.

As per your wattage stated.......
Yep, It should be fine as they do not require extreme lighting (although they color up better).
They are very hardy.

OoOops. Ok. LOL......
Usually go by "PC" (power compacts)
That's pretty much the same lighting I had for my hammer (similar to frogspawn), and it did just fine. Now that I've upgraded my lighting, though, it's doing great, so you may want to try it high up in the aquarium.
