What's the best way to introduce your fish from QT to DT without cross contaminating your DT with QT water? If you've gone through a thorough quarantine treatment including medicating the fish in the QT, how would you go about introduction.
If its safe to move the fish, the water is safe too. What are you worried about moving with a few drops water? There shouldn't be any trace of parasites, etc., and only infinitesimal amounts of any meds, if any were used.

+1 If the temp, pH & SG of your QT and DT match perfectly, there's no reason why you can't just net the fish and add directly to the DT without any sort of acclimation process. Make sure you run carbon or do WCs beforehand to take any and all meds out before doing this. And above all, make sure the fish is healthy and has been in QT for at least 9-10 weeks.
I do QT water changes with DT water so they match pretty well by the end of quarantine. When transferring the fish, I catch them in one of those specimen containers and then frequently move them to another container with DT water before putting them in the tank. It probably is unnecessary, but I prefer to try and wash as much QT water off as possible before moving them into the DT. I move my fish by hand rather than using a net as I feel it stresses them less ( I wouldn't do it with a venomous fish or one with big teeth like a trigger).
