We have a 1/3 HP Polarbear CC50 chiller that we bought the middle of September of last year. It got a month or so of work in before the winter really settled in, then it got a bit of a workout for about a week or so before we replaced it with a Deltec Eco-Cooler over a month ago (wanted to give the Deltec enough time to "prove itself" before selling our old chiller.)
Here is a link to where we bought it :

We paid $475 plus a little over $50 S&H. It hasn't been used that much, and it was never stuck under a stand (so no collected salt spray, etc). We are asking $300 obo (almost half off what we paid for it) and we will deliver to the buyer at the BAR meeting on June 10. Any good trades or reasonable offers will be considered, but at this time we are not looking to trade for any livestock (no coral, fish, etc).
here is the description from the link above :
Features: * For aquariums up to 160 gallons and 10 degrees pulldown * Energy efficient and QUIET rotary compressor * Titanium heat exchanger will not corrode under the harshest conditions such as saltwater * Flo-thru design. Requires an external pump or canister filter providing 100-400GPH * Industrial grade metal fan for quiet, high performance * Digital temperature controller. Easy to use, accurate, reliable. Also displays water temp. * 120v AC, 380 watts * R134a refrigerant *
We have been running it off of our Aquacontroller and have had no issues with it or with using the AC JR to control it.
