gonna have to downsize.


i had 7 tanks and this one just took over with canyo so i took it down, and now i dont feel like re-doing everything. So i still have 6 tank lol

its a 120 acrylic. Tank dimensions are 48x24x24

the sump dimensions are 24x17x15

It has a stand and canopy made of metal and has wood trim-the total dimensions on it are total height 73" and 24" deep and 48" L.

It has a eheim return pump, SCWD waver maker, foam background, and it has t5 current lighting but out of the 8 t5 bulbs, its down to just two-i dunno what happened to it.

The only downside is the acrylic is scratched. Not watching and letting friends use magfloats on acrylic tank dont mix lol can be buffed out.

All you had was cyano and you took the tank down? wow... that is a super simple cure.... To bad as it looked nice.

Erythromycin. It is an antibiotic. It is what many of the LFS use on display tanks or their customers tanks if they have an outbreak. I only used it once when I was battling a wicked outbreak of black, red & green forms of cyano, The black and red were especially bad. Used it once and never saw any forms of cyano again. Killed it all off totally within 24 hours. Makes chemi clean look like a joke as it would not touch the cyano I had. I have recommended to a few others and it totally cured their tank 100% as well.

Things to think about before going the nuclear route like this..

- It kills pretty much all forms of bacteria which = a tank reset.
- run a skimmer when you dose it
- Run carbon 24 hours after
- I would perform a water change within 24 hours of use, a large water change as I did.
- No one knows the proper qty to dose as it is a new use
I used 1 pill ground up in approx 20G of total water volume. The pill was 200mg from memory. Had 0 effects on my LPS and softies.

You can usually find it at most pet stores in the bird section. Again just be very careful on the qty you dose.

ya it has plumming and lights. they lights are only down to two bulbs tho out of 8 t5's. but they sump has grow lights too
