FS: 36" 250W MH/PC Hood

Hey there everyone!

Well it was great getting a chance to catch up with some of you at the Christmas Party after being away from the club for so long. I'm going to be driving down to Orlando from DC around April 10th for Easter Weekend and I've got a light setup that I've been hanging onto for far too long.

It's a 36" light setup with a single 250W MH and two 65W PC's. It has a fairly powerful and quiet fan, and is setup with two wire hanging brackets. Hood and lights are Custom Sea Life with remote ballasts. MH bulb is 10K, and the PC's are square pin actinics- I'll throw in a couple of extra PC's though I'll have to double check the color of those.

From what the guy I bought it from tells me, the whole thing was used about a year and the bulbs have been used about 3 months. I ended up not using the setup and the fiance (aka the boss) says it's got to go! The setup is really in great condition and I hate to see it go. I'm asking for $150 OBO.

Please PM, email, or call for more details or with any questions. Thanks for looking!

Sorry about the double post and lack of pic, I haven't attached pictures before so apparently I was having some technical difficulties! I posted a pic of the light in my gallery and attempted to post it here so hopefully it will go. Anyone interested can also email me for some higher res shots.

The fixture, fan, and power compact ballast are all CustomSeaLife brand. The metal halide ballast is Ice Cap. There are four 65 watt power compact bulbs included (2 daylight, 2 actinic), all of which are Sunpaq brand, square pin style bulbs. I am unsure of the brand of the metal halide bulb, but it looked like a 10K bulb when I fire it up (though the appearance of different color bulbs can vary from brand to brand, making it difficult to tell for sure).

Also I was mistaken on the dates, I will be down the weekend after Easter. Thanks for looking.

In town through Monday morning. I'm on the west side of Orlando in Winter Garden, but will be over by executive airport tomorrow (sunday) afternoon if that will work better for anyone. $100 takes it- won't go lower than that though.

Thanks for looking!

Just curious. The hood in the picture only shows 2 pc bulbs, or am I seeing it wrong?

edit, I read that there were 4 bulbs included. When I read that I thought it was indicating that there was the ability to power 4 bulbs at once! I answered my own question! ;)

Haha, gotta love when you answer your own question!!

Yup, powers 2 PC bulbs at a time but comes with 4 bulbs- 2 daylight, 2 actinic.
