FS: 40B setup, 36" T5, other misc

I have a few things I'm not going to be using that I picked up in a package that I now need to move.

1 - 40B drilled with double overflow and locline return, simple homemade wood stand, 20 gallon sump with baffles, eheim Compact+ 2000 return pump, and all the plumbing, bulkheads, etc. This is a great setup. Tank has black starboard on bottom if you choose to go barebottom. I planned to set it up in the house but it's a no go. Asking $200 for the whole setup: tank, stand, sump, return pump, plumbing.

2 - Tek Light 36" T5 6 bulb light fixture with bulbs. I'm going LED so don't need this. The bulbs are all ATI: 5 of the 6 bulbs are new as of 3 months ago and barely used in that time. 2 are purple plus, 2 are aquablue special, and 2 are blue plus. $140 which I think is a fair price with fairly new bulbs.

3 - Milwaukee digital refractometer - barely used - $75

4 - Hanna checker alkalinity - reagent expires 5/2016 - $25

5 - Salifert test kits - NH4 (2/2016), Alkalinity (9/2019), and pH (12/2017) - barely used - $25 for all 3
