Was working with him to make a purchase, however it seems he is unwilling to ship. Just want to deal with local pickup. Was willing to buy a power supply for what he was asking but does not seem willing to send. Not very happy since not marked and wasted time...

Dude what is your problem? I posted this in local forums not in the general for sale. So what if I'm not willing to ship? If I was willing to ship it, it would of been in the general for sale forums and I would of priced it as shipped.
