just clean it with water/vinegar. a little dusty from sitting outside. stand is very sturdy, black trim on bottom could use a little touching up. other than that, it is in great condition. asking $150.

works great, not the quietest thing in the world but puts out a good flow of air. box claims it can lower temps 2-4 degrees. asking $20.
