Hi folks, I was asked about the exact age of the fixtures. I have a Brady bunch of fixtures. I bought a couple new and a few came along with a setup I bought secondhand.
Ai doesn’t mark dates on the units so here are the serial numbers
These two I bought new in summer 2012. No date code available.

These two I got used and still have boxes; the date code on the box is DOM200511. My guess would be May 2011 since Sol’s didn’t exist in 2005

I’m sure Ai could give a better date if you contact them. Again, these all function flawlessly, and they are upgradable to Hydra’s or Hydra 52’s.

Great deal on the lights. I've currently got three, but think I need a fourth for an upcoming build I'm trying to fine tune. All I need is so done to come through with the right size tank.
