I have a brand new in box never fired IceCap 660 Electronic Ballast for sale. Got it for a project that I am no longer doing so I would like to sell it instead of having it collect dust in my garage. Comes with heat sink, 6' of wires, and the manual. I can do $135 if you pick up or $145 shipped via Priority Mail. A new one of these at any online retailer is $160 + shipping. Thanks.
