I've had a lot of questions regarding the Aquatic Life Edge Led so here is more info....this is the Reef model and has the following led array:

various red, white, 400nm violet, 420nm violet, 440nm blue, and 454nm blue leds. It features built in battery backup and several channels with various combinations of lighting and auto modes to replicate sunrise to sunset. I used it fine for growing LPS and softies but probably wouldn't use it for SPS...not enough light. Would be awesome for frag. Once you program it, you can set it and forget it.
