FS for Nano: Iceprobe with Controller...

If you have a nano (~10G) - now is the time of year to think about this...

I have an iceprobe and proportional controller for sale... $100, you pick up Saturday, (Gilroy) or I'll ship for $110.

Had it on a 20G and 175W+2x55WPC was too much for it. I even upgraded to a quieter/higher-flow fan and still couldn't keep it below 80oF.

I wouldn't recommend for anything bigger than a 10G Nano.

i'm trying to get a seahorse tank, i probably will need something like this. do you need to drill a hole, or how does it work i'm not familiar with this thing. i have a 10g nano tank is it sufficient enough or will it be too much.

you need a 1 1/4" hole and a lot of people put it in an AC fuge. This would work well for a 10G - especially if it doesn't have MH hanging over it.
