How big are the frags? Can I put them in a 5g nano and enjoy them for a long time?

Candy cane for sure, hammer I would not put in 5gal, it would sting your other corals. Due to the lack of space you would have to put them too close to other corals, too dangerous. That bright green candy cane frag would look really nice in small nano.

My tank isn't ready - cycling - but hoping you offer up more hammers in the future!

My clowns would not be happy that I take a part of their "home" but I think there will be some frags in the future, probably smaller though. Just shoot me a PM when your tank is ready, can't promise when frags will be ready, tank has a PC lightning from 1920 or something so it takes time to grow corals in my reef
If you interested in green candy canes in the future, there will be some smaller frags too.

No rush - my tank can survive easily without these nice corals! This is my second tank, um, just 4-5 months after starting my first tank, and I'm going to try to stock this without visiting any LFS's.

Thanks for the awesome hammer - much larger than I expected. I just finished rearranging my scape to find a place. The new hammer with green tips and purple "stalks" perfectly complements my hammer and frogspawn both with green "stalks" and purple tips!

Your tank is awesome and your mother colonies are crazy massive.
