FS: Mean Well Led Driver Brand New

I bought these drivers for a project that I just dont have the time to complete.. They are brand new and never used.. Only taken out of the box for this picture... Asking $40 for both PLEASE text 623 206 3029

Are these the D or P class drivers?? Never seen an ELN-60-48 without the D or P at the end? Then again, I don't get out much.

Although, I could see microscopic dust particles on the surface of these drivers.....
