Fs: nano rapid led

I have a 12 gal that has the rapid dimmable led kit installed. I want to say it's 3 watt per.

Asking $70 OBO (or best offer)
I'm keeping the hood just don't need the LEDs.

Also just want to note that 1 led does not come one but I'm thinking its a loose wire.
