Has worked great for me. I have downsized to a smaller bioreactor. Has a sharpie line where I noted my original biopellet height for refilling.

1.5l Bubble Magus Dosing Containers: MSRP $108. Selling Price $70 (3 for less than the price of 2!)
I upgraded to the stackable vertex models to save some space. As you can see, I labeled them in permanent sharpie (do'h!).

Mag Drive 3 Pump: MSRP $70. Selling price $40
Used with the bio reactor. Works great.

BTW... you can use a hint of acetone on a cloth and it'll take permanent marker off instantly.

You also could've taken a dry erase marker and rubbed it over the permanent marker... but that's a bit hit or miss and more work. The only concern you would have is that the surface can handle the acetone. But, it tends to be a wonderful cleaner. Glad it worked out well for you.
