I have two of them, below is a picture of someone's Monti digitata that looks very similar to mine. Something like this.
Why don't I take a picture of my own colony, you say? Because I take pictures like a 5 year old: poorly. The frags are in my scary, dirty apartment and are for pick up only because, again like a 5 year old, I pack poorly and I take no responsibility for anything - though I will refrag it if it dies (sidenote: if you kill it you should seriously consider never keeping anything living again) - but it's practically indestructible.
If you'd like one, the first piece has several (5ish) branches starting with many nubs that will turn into branches eventually (total about 1" across and 1/2" tall) and the other is two straight 1/2" frags on one shell that will start branching soon (the frags, not the shell
). 10$ apiece or trade for almost anything (no shrooms or lps, I kill them regularly....occasionally it's accidental).
I should mention that it grows fast (upwards of a 1/2" a month when it gets going) and it will make you feel good about your coral keeping abilities. Oh, and I'm in Ames. Thanks!
