FS - Tank Break Down

After dealing with blasted bubble algae for a year now, and not gaining much ground in the battle, I need to take a break.

Going to go back to freshwater for a while with this tank and then down the road I'll start fresh with another nano reef.

All equipment is in great working order, but needs a good cleaning.

Unfortunately, the skimmer sale never went through, so it's still up for grabs.
