I found this light bulb at the farm and home store and had to try it out. It's a 6500k 65w power compact light. It says it's equal to 300w of regular light. It was only $9.

Nevermind, I just figured out it requires a fixture with a ballast. I thought it had a built in ballast.

you can get the fixture at home depot with bulb for i think i saw $39.00

You can buy ballested 55w/200w bulbs from walmart for pretty cheap. I just thought I could up the watts for around the same price. I'll likely take the bulb back.
