Fungia Frag ?

Lately I have been seeing some Fungia frags that look like a slice of pie. Some of them don't appear to have very much - if any - of the mouth. Will these frags have a good chance of surviving and thriving? I wouldn't mind waiting for one to grow back into its normal form, but I wouldn't want to by one just to watch it die.

I just wouldn't buy one at all regardless. I think they have a lower chance of survival and plus it could take a year or more to fill out round again. Unless you know it's been healing for a good month or two it could be really really risky.

Thanks for the input. Like I said, I really don't mind the time it would take to recover, but if it is unlikely to recover, it probably isn't worth the risk. Thanks again.
