fuzzy featherdusters????? red stumps?

i have many feather dusters in my cycling tank..

i noticed these white fuzzy loking ones growing under a rock. they dont look alot like feather dusters just a white fuzzy stumps coming out...anyone know what these are?

also got some red stumps looks like some kind of anenome or something. theres like 20 of them maybe 1/5 of an inch fig. i touched one and it retracted like a snail...anyone?
