I have one like this and always asked myself what it is. Came on a zoa frag and grew like crazy...

To me it also looks like a pocillopora.
Be careful with those. They have gotten out of control in my tank

Yes. They reproduce by polyp bail out. If it does well you will find colonies in your overflow even.

Also have sweeper tentacles that will sting other corals too close to them.
