So, against my better judgement I bought this kickin scolymia a few weeks ago. I say against my better judgement because it had only been in (a really good store) a few days so I knew it had recently been shipped, stressed, and all that.
I wanted to wait and probably should have had them hold it for me to see how it does but what's done is done.
It gaped a little.. then not.. then a lot.. then a little.. it just doesn't seem happy and puffy.. I'm not seeing a lot of tissue recession yet just.. overall unhappiness.
Any recommendations on what to do to help this little guy along? I try to feed but nothing sticks to it but have been shooting cyclopeez in its direction at night.. its at the bottom of my 21" or so 55g so i dont think its stressing over light. at the shop it was under MH.
I just want to check all the bases and see if i've missed anything I could be doing. I'm not sure if a dip would help it or stress it more .. only experienced in dipping zoos so .. yeah
Would like to save it! - and yes, everything else in the tank is thriving.
