GBM Clownfish Problem

Hi, I just got back from a 1 week work trip and noticed my male clown fish has some sort of white infection on just one side of his face. His eye looks normal though. The other side of his face is totally normal. He has a little of the same white infection on the tip of his tale also. My female GBM and the rest of my fish seem totally normal. Attached is a picture of it. I know its poor but the best I can do before I head out to a party. The tank is a little dirty near the sand line and shooting macro through 1" thick acrylic is a PITA. All parameters seem to be inline with what they always are. No ammo or no2. no3 about 40. Its a FOWLR system so they are typically high. Salinity is at 1.023 and temp is 76. Nothing new has been added to the tank in 9 months and everything that is ever added to it is always treated with copper in a dedicated QT for 2-3 weeks. Any ideas? I am going to do 2 water changes tomorrow to see if I can get the water quality a little better. Thanks!

If it was a new wild caught clown, I would suspect Brooklynella. For a long-term captive, that is less likely. Sorry I can't think of anything else.....
