One thing I did when my BTA was in trouble and not takeing food was to get live phytoplankton (sometimes frozen cyclopeezs) and use a syringe or turkey baster and squirt it directly into the mouth of the anemone. Be careful not to get the syringe in there, but just squirt at the opening or the mouth. This will give it some nutrition until its tentacles develop stinging cells again to eat on its own. It took a month for mine to take food again.
squirting food directly into the mouth of an anemone is not usually recommended. Perhaps squirting some on his oral disk right next to his mouth but not directly in. It is way too likely to damage him irrepairably.
Last night I moved my clowns into the new 30G Tank. The anemone, stayed by itself on the 16g (no fish) only a few corals, I left all the equipment (Light, filters) no skimmer, the skimmer is on the 30g. Hopefully she will recover if the clowns were hurting the anemone. I will starting feeding her silversides and see if any improvements, and do a weekly water changes. I will be on top of this to make sure the anemone survives..
