We originally liked the GENX better, it was a little larger and more porous, but last couple batches have come in smaller. So really comparing the last batches to ARM large (not the regular), i think you would be happy with either one.
THey seem to be made of simular coral, so I think they would dissolve about the same. The Large Caribsea is a lot different then there regular, so it is more like the little coral finger skeletons.
