Genio Ca Master 120 DC issue.

Am having an issue with my Genio Ca Master 120 DC. I can't get a constant drip rate and the problem appears to be the bubbles in the reactor are coming out of the calc water exit causing the water to come out in irregular dips and spurts rather than a constant drip rate. There is a YouTube video (not mine) of one working but it does not show the calc water exiting the reactor but it will give you an idea of the amount of bubbles generated inside. I have a vertex needle valve on the inlet to the reactor to control the flow. Anybody know if there a way around this?

Can you extend the water outlet intake below the water line in the reactor?

In other words, where the water is going out of the reactor, can you put a pipe or something that drops into the water?

Thanks that is what I have been doing and putting a loop so the pipe points up as in a U bend. Still a bit of work yet to do and will post the results later.
